Ultimate Real Estate Group, LLC is owned and operated by husband and wife duo, Jason and Esther Williams. Their real estate journey began in 2006 when Esther became a licensed real estate agent. Although she enjoyed a successful career in biotech sales, Esther’s passion for real estate continued to grow and later that same year, the couple bought and completed their first complete gut, rehab, and successful sale of a Chicago bungalow on the city's south side.

It was then that Jason and Esther decided they would work towards their mutual dream of starting their own real estate development company.

When the market took a dive shortly thereafter, the Williams’ decided to wait until things turned around to begin investing again. However, due to Esther's reputation as a stellar Realtor, she continued to grow her business while building a strong client base. All the while, the couple continued to study real estate development and investing, and Jason became a licensed real estate broker.

With a well developed strategy in place, the dynamic duo was ready to go full steam ahead. Ultimate Real Estate Group, LLC was launched in 2010 with a diverse client base of buyers, sellers and investors.

Jason’s Marketing degree and Esther's Finance degree with a concentration in Real Estate Investments has provided a firm foundation for a solid real estate business. The couple both has over 20 years of successful sales and marketing experience between them from their previous careers. Besides being highly sought after Realtors, the Williams' have also earned a name for themselves as successful "flippers" in the Chicago area. This success is due to the quality of craftsmanship and attention to details they place in to every home they renovate.
